OGL supported PEMA in the design, conduct, and evaluation of Operation Metro Response II, a full-scale exercise addressing the response to a rail mass casualty incident in Downtown Providence.
As a part of Operation Metro Response II, Amtrak provided training to first responders from across the City of Providence and surrounding localities on rail incident response and safety features of Amtrak passenger trains.
