City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management Continuity of Operations Planning and Exercise Project

As a subcontractor to Tidal Basin Government Consulting, OGL worked with the City of Dallas Office of Emergency Management (OEM) to revise the Continuity of Operations (COOP) Plans for City government departments. The two-part project included a review and revision of all city government departmental COOP plans and a COOP Drill held in July 2015. OGL provided exercise design and development support throughout the planning process, led exercise planning meetings, coordinated exercise control and evaluation staff during exercise conduct, and is leading the production of the After Action Report. The outcome of this project was an updated COOP plan for the City.
