The Olson Group, Ltd. supported a comprehensive emergency preparedness and response development program for Puerto Rico’s largest medical center, HealthproMed. The objective of the project was to ensure the facility’s ability to effectively sustain operations during an emergency. OGL support included:
• Development of Facility Emergency Operations Plans
• Staff Quick-start Guides for Emergency Operations
• Training for leadership and staff on the Plans
• Development and conduct of exercises to validate planning and meet additional CMS Preparedness and HSRA PAL guidelines.
