The Olson Group, Ltd. (OGL) has provided support in the development, documentation, conduct and evaluation of discussion and operations-based exercises for MEMA, with personnel working both on-site at the agency and in the field. OGL has assisted with nine exercises, including tabletops for the Governor’s Cabinet and regional exercises throughout the state.
OGL’s support to MEMA followed on its development, conduct and evaluation of the 2011 Statewide Pandemic Influenza Exercise for the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, which involved both a state agency functional and more than 50 local tabletop, functional and full-scale exercises over a three day period.
