City of Wilmington and New Castle County, DE Area Command Annex

The Olson Group, Ltd. (OGL) developed an Area Command Annex for the City of Wilmington and New Castle County in Delaware.  The Area Command Annex was developed in conjunction with the City and County governments as well as with the volunteer fire companies that provide services in the county.  OGL collected data, conducted workshops, and gathered stakeholders input in the development of the Annex, which clarifies the relationships and hierarchies in a multi-jurisdictional response.  The project culminated in a scenario-driven presentation of the plan.
