Wendy Shane is a highly motivated manager with over 20 years of experience in managing funds and personnel. In addition, she has more than 15 years of experience working as a Project Analyst. Ms. Shane has successfully worked with a staff of all levels, including CEOs and temporary/contract employees. Ms. Shane works closely with Mr. Olson on billing, payables, and budgeting. Over the past 15 years, Ms. Shane has worked with Controllers, Vice Presidents of Accounting, and CEOs. She has worked with The Olson Group for 16 years now, beginning as the Business Manager to her current position; Sr. VP of Operations and Administration, and knows the company’s finances well. In 2010, Ms. Shane requested training to assist with exercises.
