Heather Williams is an Emergency Management Analyst with The Olson Group, Ltd. Ms. Williams is currently tasked with supporting the development, conduct, evaluation, and analysis of exercising private and public sector emergency management plans following HSEEP guidelines.
Before working with The Olson Group, Ms. Williams spent six years in the particular education field. She was tasked with creating individualized plans, organizing data and records, conducting assessments, evaluating progress, and identifying the next steps. Heather Williams was a Registered Behavior Technician, certified under the Behavior Analyst Certified Board, where she was responsible for multifaceted data collection, detailed analyses, and development of subsequent planning.
