Biography

Glenda is experienced in various facets of emergency management strategic planning.  She possesses an excellent background in the development/improvement of plans, processes, and programs based on directives and policies.  As a consultant, Glenda has provided support to the Virginia Department of Emergency Management’s (VDEM’s) Emergency Support Team and VDEM regional support.  She has been involved in the development of several Emergency Operations Plans, After Action Reports, and a Regional Family Assistance Center Plan.  Most recently, Glenda she has been involved with writing Occupant Emergency Plans, Emergency Communications Plans, and Continuity of Operations Plans in support of several Federal agencies.

Glenda is a United States Air Force retiree.  While in the Air Force, she worked in information and personnel management.
