Bex Low is an experienced leader with field knowledge in a range of disaster-related activities such as mitigation, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bex is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a bachelor’s degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness. Bex believes strongly in community service and completed a year of service with AmeriCorps NCCC FEMA Corps. Low works with Anthony Mangeri; Assistant Vice President of Mitigation in plans, grants, and mitigation efforts. Low also supports VDEM region 1 Tribe assisting them with their needs and where the Virginia Commonwealth can help.
