City of North Pole, Alaska Emergency Operations Plan

The Olson Group, Ltd. (OGL) developed the City of North Pole, Alaska Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) under a contract through the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. The CEMP and its Annexes were developed in conjunction with the City of North Pole, the City of Fairbanks, the Borough of Fairbanks, and the State of Alaska governments as well as with the University. OGL collected data, conducted workshops, and gathered stakeholders input in the development of the Annex, which clarifies the relationships and hierarchies in a multi-jurisdictional response. The project culminated in a scenario-driven presentation of the plan.
