The Olson Group, Ltd. (OGL) supported Amtrak in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) describing the processes and procedures of the Emergency Management and Corporate Security office within Amtrak. OGL helped Amtrak work towards EMAP accreditation through the creation of these procedures. The SOPs OGL created in support of this project include:

· AED SOP
