Geoff Nagler is an experienced senior executive, business developer, and subject matter expert who has led profitable corporate operations, successful sales teams, and effective programmatic solutions for over thirty years. His career focus and technical expertise are crafting innovative solutions with Federal, State, and local security and public safety organizations seeking to overcome their most critical organizational and operational challenges. He has implemented national- and state-level training, exercise, and technical assistance programs for military, civilian, and private-sector clients, including DOJ, DHS, USMC, Virginia, and Louisiana. Mr. Nagler began his career researching and authoring technical and policy studies on Weapons of Mass Destruction, terrorism, chemical and biological proliferation, international arms control, technology transfer, and intelligence.
Most recently, Mr. Nagler worked with military, Federal, State, and large municipal organizations to apply modern, cloud-based technology to organize, manage, optimize, and enhance their large-scale training programs, compliance initiatives, and academy operations. As Chief Operating Officer of a $25M homeland security consulting firm, Mr. Nagler led and/or oversaw successful teams supporting the DHS FEMA National Exercise Program, DHS Terrorism Prevention Exercise Program (TPEP), DHS FEMA Planning Technical Assistance Program, USMC Mission Assurance Program, San Francisco Fleet Week DSCA exercise program, and statewide exercise programs for Virginia, Louisiana, and Delaware. He has designed, developed, facilitated, managed, and evaluated over 400 exercises.
Mr. Nagler manages all General Services Administration (GSA) contracts for OGL; this includes our recently awarded contract by the U.S.GSA to provide our services across the nation. The GSA Schedule is a competitive, governmentwide contract that provides fair and reasonable prices and access to products and services. In addition to Federal support for agencies, the GSA facilitates streamlined purchasing for State, local, tribal governments, and educational institutions through programs to support Cooperative Purchasing, Disaster Purchasing, 1122 Program, and Public Health Emergencies (GSA State & Local Programs).
